$4M Electrical Permit Pulled for Haymarket Hotel McDonald Electrical Corp has pulled a building permit valued at $4M for the install of new electrical for the hotel coming to 99 Blackstone Street. The Canopy by Hilton will offer 212 guest rooms along with around 9,600 square feet of retail. Hotel guest amenities will include a fitness center and meeting space and 1,800 square foot roof deck.

$93M Permit Pulled for Vertex Fit-out in the Seaport Consigli Construction has pulled a permit valued at $93M for the fit-out of the Vertex space at the upcoming Innovation Square Phase II. The work will include build-out of clinical manufacturing lab and office space plus fit-out of the 268,000 square foot building.

Framing Underway for ISQ Phase II Steel framing is underway for Innovation Square Phase II in the Seaport. The upcoming 4-story building will feature 265,000 square feet of lab ready space along with 10,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. Amenities on-site will include Indoor bike storage, on-campus fitness, lockers, a collaboration center, private roof decks overlooking Boston Harbor. and

$4M Plumbing Permit Pulled for Canopy Hotel by Hilton Cannistraro has pulled a permit valued at $4M for the plumbing work at the upcoming Canopy Hotel by Hilton. The 7-story hotel will include 212 rooms along with 9,600 square feet of retail. Hotel guest amenities will include a fitness center and meeting space and 1,800 square foot roof deck.

$63.5M Permit Pulled for Phase II of Innovation Square The building permit, valued at $63,597,000 has been pulled for phase II of Innovation Square. The new 4-story building will feature 265,000 square feet of lab ready space along with 10,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. The building will also offer parking for 45 vehicles in a below-grade garage.

$2M Plumbing Permit Pulled for Innovation Square Phase 2 A permit valued at $2M has been pulled plumbing for the core and shell of phase 2 at Innovation Square. The Seaport building will offer 265,000 square feet of lab ready space. Amenities at Innovation Square will include a collaboration center, a fitness center, and a green space. Innovation Square will feature 60 on-site parking spaces, in addition to bicycle storage. Construction is expected to last through the first quarter of 2021.

The new Canopy by Hilton Hotel will feature 212 guest rooms along with a fitness center and meeting space. The development team plans to open the hotel in late Q1 2021.

$4.2M Electrical Permit Pulled for Phase 2 of Innovation Square A permit valued at $4.2M has been pulled by McDonald Electrical Corporation for the install of the full electrical system at 316-318 Northern Ave. The site is the second phase of Innovation Square and will include approximately 265,000 square feet of lab ready space. Construction is expected to last through the first quarter of 2021.

Innovation Square Mortgaged for $189 Million Innovation Square in Boston's Seaport District has been mortgaged via Bank of America for $189 million. The four-story, 375,000 square foot research, development, and manufacturing facility is located on the east end of Boston's booming Seaport District. The first phase of Innovation Square is a four-story, 125,000-square-foot building, anchored by a two-floor, 54,000-square-foot office for Mass Innovation Labs. The second phase will feature 260,000 square feet of lab ready space.

Haymarket Hotel Secures $75 Million in Financing Just five days after a building permit was granted, the Haymarket Hotel development has secured $75 million in financing from Citizens Bank. The 145,000 square foot Haymarket Hotel building will bring 225 hotel rooms and around 9,600 square feet of retail to a presently vacant 1.2-acre parcel located along the Greenway at the intersection of the North End and Downtown Boston. Hotel guest amenities will include a fitness center and meeting space and 1,800 square foot roof deck.

Building Permit Pulled for Haymarket Hotel A building permit valued at over $58M has been pulled for the Haymarket Hotel to be located at 99 Blackstone Street along the Greenway. The new hotel will feature 225 rooms along with around 9,600 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The development team will also sublease 1,600 square feet of space in the building to the Haymarket Pushcart Association for storage space.

Early Stage Site Work Underway for Phase II of Innovation Square Early-stage site work is now underway for the second building at Innovation Square in the Seaport.  Phase II will feature 260,000 square feet of state-of-the-art lab space and is set to be complete in the first quarter of 2021. Phase I of the project features a four-story, 125,000 square foot building anchored by a two-floor, 54,000-square-foot office for Mass Innovation Labs.
