Harvard's ERC Begins to Go Vertical
After officially breaking ground this past Nover, crews are quickly making progress on the Harvard Enterprise Research Campus with concrete placements and steel erection underway for Phase A. A plumbing permit valued at over $11M has also been pulled for the residential tower included in this first phase. The ERC will transform a historically underutilized section of Allston into an urban district designed to nurture and inspire creativity and exploration. Phase A will include two lab buildings, a 343-unit apartment building, a hotel; and a conference center operated by Harvard University.
