The Neighborhood Development Company has led the revitalization of the DC’s vital Georgia Avenue corridor, with over 400 housing units constructed or under development in this area, the introduction of entrepreneurial, neighborhood-serving retailers, and the development of facilities for non-profit institutions and schools. NDC has also completed numerous affordable housing projects.
