The three-building development would include a total of 234 units, studios through 3 bedrooms, along with 8,500 square feet of retail space and parking for 294 vehicles. A pedestrian friendly boardwalk, extensive landscaping including a park will be also be added along the Cheesecake Brook.

Siding & Window Install Ongoing for Hanover Mystic River
Siding is going up and windows are being installed across the 5-story mixed-use project at 61 Locust Street in Medford. Hanover Mystic River will feature 350 luxury apartments along with nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space.
