The three-building development would include a total of 234 units, studios through 3 bedrooms, along with 8,500 square feet of retail space and parking for 294 vehicles.  A pedestrian friendly boardwalk, extensive landscaping including a park will be also be added along the Cheesecake Brook.

The firm filed plans for a 21-story mixed-use project on the site in late February. The tower would include approximately 265 residential units, 47,000 square feet of commercial space, approximately 14,500 square feet of retail space, and a below-grade parking garage with space for 198 vehicles & 285 bikes.

The project, under review now and on the agenda for Newton's May Virtual Zoning Board of Appeals meeting would include 3 three buildings in total. Plans cal 244 units, 61 designated affordable along with 12,141 square feet of retail space.

Siding & Window Install Ongoing for Hanover Mystic River Siding is going up and windows are being installed across the 5-story mixed-use project at 61 Locust Street in Medford. Hanover Mystic River will feature 350 luxury apartments along with nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space. The building is organized around two inter-connected courtyards and a parking garage that is wrapped by residential units on all four sides, completely concealing its 400 parking spaces. Resident amenities will include a clubhouse and outdoor pool.

The East Boston project will feature a total of 230 rental units between two buildings. The development will also include parking for 169 vehicles and over 80,000 square feet of open space.

35-43 Braintree St. Project Now Under Review A 7-story multi-family project at 35-43 Braintree Street is now under review. The building would feature 147 "compact" rental units ranging in size from studios through three bedrooms. A robust amenities package will be offered for residents including several resident lounge areas, bike storage with repair room, and a roof deck. The project would include garage parking for 33 vehicles, with a focus on alternate transportation methods including blue bike stations and electric vehicle charging.
