Radius Apartments in Brighton Now Open Radius Apartments at 530 Western Avenue at the gateway to Brighton is now open. The project features 132 luxury apartments and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail along with parking 108 cars and 132 bicycles. Units feature stainless appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and smartphone-enabled keyless entry. Prices range from $2455 for studios to 2 bedroom/2baths at just under $4000 per month.

Interior Finishing Underway for Radius Apartments as Preleasing Begins With preleasing underway for an expected summer move in, interior finishing is ongoing for Radius Apartments in Brighton. The project will feature 132 apartments along with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units range in size from studios through 2 bedrooms. Building amenities will include a penthouse level fitness center, mindfulness meditation room, and a rooftop deck with bbq grills and lawn games. Ave.) in Allston.  Apartments at the all-new luxury building are now available for lease with an expected move in this winter.  Radius will include 132 apartments along with around 5,000sf of ground floor retail and 108 parking spaces. Resident amenities will include a penthouse solarium overlooking the Charles River, a roof deck and sky lounge, meditation room, and rooftop fitness center with Boston views.

37-43 North Beacon Street Development Approved The Boston Planning Board has approved the new development on North Beacon Street in Allston. The project will consist of a new five-story building at the corner of North Beacon Street and Everett Street containing 72 rental apartments. A second four-story building within the development will hold 9 condominiums. Plans also include 43 parking spaces and bike storage.The development team hopes to start construction late next year with a 12-14 month completion time line.

Glass paneling allows light to spill out on the street – activating the façade. Structural framing underway at W. Ave apartments along Charles River in Allston The one-to-two-story steel base podium of W. Ave, an upcoming six-story, 132-unit market-rate apartment development located along the Charles River in Brighton minutes from Boston Landing, has topped off. Wooden framing panels are being erected above the podium to frame floors two through six of the development, and have already reached the third floor. W. Ave’s elevator core has topped off at six stories.W. Ave will feature residences including studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, with amenities including a rooftop common room, fitness center and outdoor deck as well as 108 on-site parking spaces. The development is located at the key intersection of Soldiers Field Road and Leo M. Birmingham Parkway, minutes from Soldiers Field Road and the Massachusetts Turnpike. W. 83 apartments and condominiums proposed in Allston’s Union Square The Mount Vernon Company proposes to construct two buildings at 37 North Beacon Street in Allston’s Union Square containing a total of 83 residences. At the intersection of North Beacon and Everett Streets would be a five-story building featuring 74 apartment residences, and next door on Sinclair Road would be a four-story building featuring nine condominium residences. An art gallery would be located at street level, and resident amenities would include a rooftop terrace and a fitness center. A total of 42 parking spaces would be located on site, in addition to storage for 83 bicycles. The proponent has filed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) formally proposing the project and will reveal additional details in the coming months.

Mount Vernon acquires Allston office building from Intercontinental for $3.8 million The Mount Vernon Company has acquired 1200 Soldiers Field Road, an 18,512-square-foot office building in Allston, from Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation for $3.8 million in cash. The building stands on a 0.41-acre lot at the corner of Soldiers Field Road and Everett Street overlooking the Charles River Esplanade; the sale amounts to $205.27 per existing building square foot and $9,268,262.68 per acre. Intercontinental acquired 1200 Soldiers Field Road in 2003 for $5.93 million, amounting to $320.33 per square foot and $14,463,414.60 per acre. The building was last altered in 1999.
