$1 Billion Mixed-Use Development Planned in Miami’s Medical District
Miami-based developers Black Salmon and Allen Morris Company have revealed plans for a $1 billion mixed-used development in the Miami Health District. Highland Park Miami will include 500,000 square feet of medical office space, a 150-key hotel, 1,000 apartments along with retail and green space. The six buildings could rise up to 22 stories. The development will be built in stages over the next 10 years. The project will encompass several parcels between the Miami River and State Road 836.
