100+ Unit 40B Project Planned in Walpole
Plans for The Sanctuary on East, a 40B development, proposed at 978, 981 & 1015 East Street are moving through zoning approvals in Walpole with the next meeting on the project scheduled for later this month. The proposed 6-story building would include 142 apartments with 36 units set to serve households earning at or below 80% AMI.
