100+ Units Planned for Hyde Park Industrial Site
A Dorchester-based developer has submitted plans for the redevelopment of 1690-1700 Hyde Park Avenue. The roughly 30,000-square-foot site offers access to the MBTA Readville commuter rail station. The 6-story project would include 115 apartments with 1,500 square feet of retail space. Plans also include a fitness center and pocket park.
