128 Units Proposed for Goodwill Arlington Site
Plans are now under review for the redevelopment of the Goodwill retail site along South Glebe Road in Arlington. The new project would be a 6-story mixed-use building to include 128 affordable units along with space for a new Goodwill store & donation center. Goodwill and development partner AHC plan to target a groundbreaking on the new facility by the summer of 2025, the opening of the renovated retail store by the end of 2026, and welcoming new residents to the housing complex in 2027.
