141 Unit Multifamily Project Approved in North Bethesda
Willco has won approval for Phase of the Northpark at Montrose development in North Bethesda. The development is set to include 107 townhouse units and 34 stacked two-over-two multi-family units. Plans also call for 5 new roads on the mostly vacant site and a central public park with a playground area.
