$150M in Construction Financing Secured for Friendship Heights Development
Tishman Speyer has secured $150M in construction financing through RBC Capital Markets for the redevelopment of the Mazza Gallerie in Friendship Heights. The former mall will be transformed into a 325-unit apartment project with 20,000 square feet of new ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a courtyard pool and sundeck, a golf simulator, and a landscaped roof deck. Construction is expected to last through 2025.
