151 Unit Mixed-Use Proposed For Egleston Square
The BPDA is reviewing plans for a 6-story, 254,000 SF mixed-use building in the Egleston Square section of Jamaica Plain. BMS Paper proposes constructing 151 residential units with 36,491 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
The new building would also include 127 parking spaces and 195 bicycle spaces.
