16 Townhomes Proposed for Vacant Site Near Anacostia Metro
Plans are under review for a townhome development on a vacant site along Howard Road SE near the Anacostia Metro station. The project will include 16 new rowhouses (12 attached and 4 semi-detached row dwellings). The rowhouses will be offered for sale and at affordable levels and will be large enough to accommodate family-sized households.
