165 Park Drive Development Approved
The planned 2 building development project at 165 Park Drive in Fenway has been approved. The project will include 117 residential units, with 48 designated affordable. The new buildings will be constructed adjacent to the existing Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral on the site. The development will be all-electric, Zero Net Carbon ready.
