18-unit condo Project Proposed in Dorchester
MTK Development has filed plans for a 4-story mixed-use project at 376-384A Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester. Designed by JGE Architecture + Design, the building will include 18 family-style affordable homeownership condominium units, 2,000 SF of ground-floor commercial retail, and 1,300 SF of community event space. Plans also include a unique roof deck in order to provide for resident open space along with several additional juliet balconies at the upper floor of the building.
