Uniwest Development has filed plans for the conversion of the office building at 12501 Ardennes Avenue in Rockville to residential. The development would feature 181 units with 15% designated as moderately priced dwelling units. The project would add 3 stories to the existing structure and also balconies to the south and east facades to create outdoor space.
