The developer behind the multifamily project at 2604 & 2610 Stanton Road SE has requested a 2-year time extension on the approvals. Plans call for a 3-story building to include 22 apartments. Per the filing "there is good cause for the extension due to the current economic and market conditions". The developer expects the extension will allow for construction costs and interest rates to stabilize.
