2-Year Extension Requested for South Capitol St. Affordable Project

The development team behind the approved multifamily project at 3836-3848 South Capitol Street SE has filed a request for a 2-year extension on the approvals to secure financing to enable construction to move forward. Plans call for a new four-story, all-affordable residential building with approximately 106 residential units.
