20-Story Mixed-Use Tower Tops Out in LIC
General contractor, , has just topped out construction for 8 Court Square, a 20-story, mixed-use tower, going up in Long Island City, Queens.
Jointly developed by Rose Associates and Werwaiss Properties, the building is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Sitting on an irregularly shaped lot, the tower will have frontages on Jackson Avenue, 44th Drive, and Thomson Avenue. It will neighbor 27-19 Thomson Avenue, another mixed-use project that recently topped out next door.
Designed by , 8 Court Square stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish by the fall of 2023.
