200 Apartments Planned for Worcester Office Conversion
Synergy Investments is planning a multifamily conversion for the mostly vacant office tower at 22 Elm Street in Downtown Worcester. The developer acquired the property in March 2023 for $10,500,000 and this past November, Fallon Health announced they would be vacating their office space by the end of 2024. Plans for the conversion call for 198 apartments, a mix of studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms. The neighboring four-story building would also be converted to residential, to include 22 affordable condos.
