200+ Units Planned for Downtown Bethesda Parking Lot
Monument Realty & Mosaic Realty Partners have filed a Sketch Plan application for the redevelopment of the Montgomery County Parking Lot 25. Lot 25 totals 82,063 square feet of tract area and is bounded by Maple Avenue to the north, Tilbury Street to the east, and Highland Avenue to the south. Plans call for a mixed-use development with up to 230 multi-family dwelling units, up to 7,891 square feet of ancillary nonresidential uses (live-work units and/or residential coworking space), and a 21,760 square-foot public park.
