201K SF Worcester Lab Development Officially Named, JLL to Procure Tenants
10 Green Island Blvd, the site of a proposed speculative life science development in Worcester, has officially been named SOMA. In development by Madison Properties, JLL has been recruited to lead leasing efforts and manage the life science space.
The development will feature a 6-story, 201,000 SF lab building designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects. The Canal District redevelopment calls for a more than $240 million project to construct a ballpark (dubbed Polar Park), two hotels, shops and restaurant space on a vacant lot in the city's Canal District.
