208 Delancey Completes on the Lower East Side
Developer and general contractor, New Empire Corp, has just wrapped up construction on a 12-story residential building, located at 208 Delancey Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
The luxurious new development contains condominium units, offered in various configurations, ranging from studios to three-bedroom setups.
The building boasts a long list of tenant amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor terraces, open floor plans, residential lounges, co-working spaces, and even a pet grooming station.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction was originally anticipated to be complete by the Winter of 2021, but the project ultimately encountered delays. Nevertheless, 208 Delancey Street is here now and should be ready for occupancy in the coming months.
