Foundation Work Underway for 12-Story Residential Project in Woodside
Developer and general contractor, , is currently constructing the foundations of a 12-story, residential development, going up at 58-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens.
The building is set to contain apartments, offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. Units will carry an average price tag of around $750,000. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a personal storage area, a children’s playroom, and resident lounges, located both indoors and outdoors.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. In addition to residential space, plans call for a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
A Walgreens location was demolished this past summer in order to make way for the new development. Bound on three sides by Queens Boulevard, 58th Street, and 44th Avenue, the project site totals square feet. Construction crews officially broke ground back in September and work is expected to finish sometime in 2025.
