Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 757 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn's Flatbush neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
