New Rendering Revealed for 9-Story Residential Project in Flatbush
A new rendering has been released for an upcoming, 9-story, residential development, set for 757 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn's Flatbush neighborhood. Developed and constructed in-house by , the building will contain rental apartments, primarily offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. A select amount of the units will consist of three-bedroom, luxury penthouse duplexes.
Tenant amenities are to include a state-of-the-art fitness center with a pool, a sauna, and a hot yoga studio, indoor and outdoor resident lounges, an office center, a children's playroom, numerous recreational spaces, a package room, and a bicycle storage area. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for 65 vehicles (the development will also have 3 open parking spaces).
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-story commercial building, will have to be demolished before construction can begin.
