21 Units Approved in Downtown Melrose
Plans have been approved for The Ella at 453-463 Franklin Street in Melrose. The proposed project will involve demolishing the existing one-story structure and constructing a mixed-use building with 21 residential units and retail space on the first floor. Thirteen parking spaces and thirty bicycle parking spaces would be located at grade and covered by the upper stories of the building.
