220 Units Approved for New England Casket Site in East Boston
Plans have been approved for the development of a multifamily project at 1141 Bennington Street, the former site of the New England Casket Company. The development will include 200 residential units, with 31 designated affordable, and ground floor retail space. Plans also show ample resident amenity space, including a large outdoor courtyard, fitness center, and coworking space.
