25-Story Tower Planned to Replace Section of Crystal Plaza Apartments
Dweck Properties has submitted plans for the redevelopment of a portion of the Crystal Plaza Apartments along Richmond Highway. Plans call for a new 25-story tower to include 400 apartments. The project would also include ground floor retail space to create 18-hour activation to enhance the Crystal City neighborhood.
