250 Unit Project Planned in South Boston
A 4 to 6-story mixed-use project is planned to replace an industrial facility at 295 West 1st Street in South Boston. The project would include up to 252 residential units with ground-floor retail space and 126 parking spaces. The development will also make critical improvements to the surrounding public realm, with new widened sidewalks and upgraded street intersections for enhanced pedestrian safety.
