$25M Construction Permit Issued to Dick's House of Sport Back Bay
has secured an exterior alteration permit valued at $25,000,000 for 760 Boylston Street in Back Bay as construction launches on a retail fit-out project. A former Lord & Taylor storefront - closed in 2020 - will be transformed into an experiential retail location for Dick's Sporting Goods featuring 125,000 square-feet of retail floorspace.
