26-Story Tower Tops out in DUMBO
A 26-story residential tower has just topped out right next to the Manhattan Bridge, at 69 Adams Street in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain apartment units, offered in a variety of sizes, ranging from studio to two-bedroom configurations.
Plans also call for an unspecified amount of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 69 Adams Street now stands feet tall and is set to total square feet. Construction is being carried out in-house by , under the name . Work is expected to finish by the Summer of 2024.
