Plans are under review for a multifamily condo project at 24-34 Notre Dame Street in Roxbury. The proposed 5-story building would include 26 condos, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms with 15 parking spaces. Plans also include over 5,550 square feet of open space in a combination of ground-level open space, unit balconies, and a common 5th-floor deck, including a community room off the roof deck.
