270K SF Mixed-Use Project Planned Along Main St. in Fairfax
Ox Hill has submitted updated plans for a mixed-use project along Main Street in Fairfax. The 6-story building would include 88 luxury condos along with medical office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space including a bank branch. Plans also call for a rooftop pool and lounge.
