28-Story Tower In New Rochelle Celebrates Completion
One Clinton Park, a 28-story mixed-use tower, has completed construction. The project features 352 units in one to three-bedroom configurations and retail on the ground floor. Outside components include two landscaped terraces, a dog park for tenants, and a 16,000 sqft for public plaza. Its sister development, Two Clinton Park, is still in the planning stages of development.
The RXR Realty team, along with New Rochelle city officials, including Mayor Noam Bramson, celebrated the project's completion on July 19. Units are currently available for leasing.
