$28M Construction Loan Secured for Taunton Flex Property
Rhino Capital has closed on a $27,960,000 construction loan through Bank Newport for Parcel BP2, Dever Drive in Taunton. Plans for the 11.3-acre site call for a 180,000-square-foot flex/R&D facility. Specs include 32’ clear height, power capacity of up to 8,000 Amps, and 5 loading docks. The site is located in the Myles Standish Industrial Park with convenient access to I-495.
