$300 Million Pawtucket Tidewater Landing Under Official Review
A transformative development for Pawtucket is under official review. Fortuitous Partners has proposed Tidewater Landing, a $300 million project spanning 9 acres in downtown Pawtucket.
The proposed project calls for a 200,000 SF development including an indoor event center, 200 hotel rooms, a 7,500-seat soccer stadium on the west bank of the Seekonk River surrounded by riverwalks, and a new public pedestrian bridge. Pawtucket City Council is currently reviewing modified master plans for the project, pending approval.
