300+ Units Planned for Georgetown Office to Residential Conversion
Plans have been filed for the conversion of two 1980s-era office buildings in Georgetown to residential use. Plans call for additions to be added to the buildings at 1000 & 1050 Thomas Jefferson Street along with new facades to create up to 335 residential units between the 2 buildings. Ground floor retail space and 370 parking spaces are also included in the development.
