$30M in Tax Stabilization Approved for Providence Superman Building
Providence City Council have approved the first round of tax stabilization agreements for 111 Westminster Street in Downcity Providence. Currently in planning, has proposed a residential redevelopment of Providence's Superman Building featuring over 200 residential units and nearly 30,000 SF of ground-floor public events space. The tower - tallest in Rhode Island - has sat vacant since 2013.
