34 Unit Affordable Community Planned in Quincy
Caritas Communities has filed plans for the redevelopment of 46 & 50 Winter Street in Quincy after purchasing the property in September 2022 for $950,000. Plans call for demo of existing buildings and the construction of a new 34-unit project. All units would be designated affordable for permanent, long-term residences. The building would also include 3 office spaces and a large common room and is designed to Passive House standards
