348 Unit Multifamily Planned to Replace Fairfax County Office Building
Aventon Companies has submitted plans to rezone the property at 1395 Dulles Technology Drive in Fairfax County. The site is currently home to a 2-story office building occupied by Eplus. Now plans call for a 6-story multifamily family building to include 348 units, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms with 418 parking spaces. Amenities would include an interior resident courtyard with a pool.
