35-Story Mixed-Use Tower Proposed in Miami’s Edgewater District
3200 Biscayne, a 35-story mixed-use high-rise tower proposed in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, will offer residences and hotel rooms. The project will be reviewed by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on March 20, 2024. Plans show 110 residential one- to three-bedroom units, ranging from 660 to 1,433 square feet. The residences will be contained on the 24th-33rd floors. The hotel component will include 160 rooms, with one- and two-bedrooms, approximately the same size as the residences. The development includes multiple community amenity floors. The second floor will offer event space, including a 6,531-square foot ballroom. A fitness center, yoga room, and dog spa will occupy the third floor and the ninth floor will have a movie room, catering room, and pool. A five-level parking garage will offer 383 parking spots.
