$35M Loan Secured for Worcester Senior Housing Development
United Group has closed on a $35,090,000 construction loan through Washington Trust Company for the construction of a senior living project at 757 Salisbury Street in Worcester. The Arbella at Bramble Hill will be a senior, 55+ market-rate active adult 122-unit rental community within the West End Neighborhood of Worcester.
