Northland Charlemont Street Update 11/02/23

370 Unit Project Approved in Newton

Northland Investment Corp has won approval for a two-building multifamily project along Charlemont and Christina Streets in Newton. Plans call for 370 units total, down from the 410 originally proposed. The units will be a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms and include 93 affordable residences. The project also includes 438 parking spaces.
