380K SF Lab Space Proposed for Montgomery County Medical Center Site
Alexandria Real Estate is seeking to implement a new vision for the roughly 34-acre Montgomery Medical Center Site. Plans now under review for Parcel M would resubdivide the property into 4 lots and three parcels on which 2 new life science buildings and a parking garage would be constructed. The project would feature 380,000 square feet of lab space that will serve the life science industry by housing world-class scientific research and development laboratories, offices, and related activities. In addition, the new buildings will be designed with state-of-the-art environmental sustainability features.
