390 Unit Multifamily Advances in Silver Spring

The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved the site plan for a mixed-use development along Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring steps from Forest Glen Station. Plans call for 390 multifamily dwelling units and 5,000 square feet of commercial uses. Integral to the design is a plaza that revitalizes the vicinity and acts as a connective node to the Metro Station.
