3M+ SF Mixed-Use Development Now Planned for South Boston Site
Core Investments have presented updated/expanded plans for the On the Dot project along Dorchester Avenue in South Boston. The new plans call for over 3M square feet of mixed-use space to be built across 4 phases. The development would include 2.3M square feet of office/lab space, 150K SF retail, over 1350 residential units, and 1.5 acres of open space. The development initially proposes the retention of the existing industrial buildings for between 5 and 15 years while other buildings within the project are constructed.
