4-Story Multifamily Approved in NW DC
A 4-story multifamily project has been approved at 4885 MacArthur Boulevard, NW. The new building will include 21 residential units with ground-floor retail space. Two of the existing retail spaces, currently occupied by Black Coffee and Dodge Chrome, will remain on the first floor and flank the residential amenity space, which will occupy the retail bay previously occupied by Café Vino and currently vacant. The triangular plaza at the northern portion of the project will feature patio seating for restaurant patrons.
