A 5-story mixed-use project has been proposed at 819 Cummins Highway in Mattapan. The property consists of four existing parcels under common ownership comprising a total of approximately 19,491 square feet of vacant land. The new development would include 42 condo units, ranging between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The ground level will offer residents amenities such as a bicycle parking area, community room, and fitness center. The retail space at the corner of the corner of Cummins Highway and Hollingsworth Street will be an amenity for the broader community.
