40 Unit Project Under Review in Melrose
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 14 Chipman Ave. in Melrose. The proposed project would preserve the foundation and basement level of the existing structure and construct a new mixed-use multifamily dwelling building over the existing structure. The building would feature 40 dwelling units and ground-level retail space at Marvin Road. The existing VFW use will remain in the existing lower level of the structure, and be integrated into the building’s improvements.
